TO APPLY GAME TIME CODES
To apply the game time code to you account, you would first visit www.ultima-registration.com.
Enter your user id and password and it will take you to the front page of you account. Near the bottom of the page, there will be an option to
redeem a game time certificate. Click on that gray button and enter in the code. Then click next and the screen should tell you that you
successfully applied the code to you account. Once a code has been applied to an account, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred
to another account.
In the event there is an error, please review the following:
- Be sure that you copy & paste the code rather than retyping it
- Be sure that you that there are no spaces before or after the code
- Be sure that you have the dashes as they are shown on the code
In the event that this does not correct the problem, I will need your user id only
to contact EA.com. NEVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD!!
I will also need to know what error message you recieved.
EA will verify the error & we will work from there to get it corrected.
